Terms of use

Effective 29 October 2026

In short. Post real moments from your computer, and keep ads and other people’s private details out. Cases are public, and Mirai Labs may use them to build its assistant. If a prize runs, its rules are under “Rules and questions” on the board.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The Intents board at https://intents.trymirai.com/ (“the board”) is run by Mirai Tech, Inc. (“Mirai Labs”, “we”), 111 Pier Avenue, Ste 100, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254, USA. These terms cover everything you do on it: posting and dictating cases, voting, reporting, signing in and taking part in a prize. By using the board you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it. The privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

2. Who can use the board

You must be at least 16 years old. A prize is open only to adults (18, or the age of majority where you live) and only where the law allows it.

3. Your cases

4. What is not allowed

5. Moderation

To keep the board useful, an automatic check (an AI model) reads new cases and their nicknames, and our team reviews them. We may hold, hide or delete any case, clear a nickname, discount votes and block anyone who breaks these terms, at our discretion and without notice. If you think we got something wrong, write to us.

6. Prizes

When the board offers a prize, its description and rules appear on the board under “Rules and questions” and are part of these terms. In short: the author of the case with the most valid votes at the end of the stated day (UTC) wins; to be reachable, the author signs in with Google before then; before counting we remove votes that look fake and may exclude cases that break these terms or copy someone else’s. There is one prize; it cannot be exchanged for cash, and any taxes on it are the winner’s. No purchase is necessary, and the prize is void where prohibited. We write to the winner at the email of their Google account within 7 days of the end; if they do not answer within 14 days, the prize goes to the next case by votes. Our count is final. Where the prize rules on the board and these terms differ, the prize rules apply to the prize.

7. Signing in and other services

Signing in with Google is optional and only needed for a prize. Your Google account stays under Google’s own terms. Dictation turns your voice into text through a speech-to-text service; the privacy policy says which services the board relies on.

8. Our board

The board’s design, text and code, and the Mirai Labs name and logo, belong to Mirai Tech, Inc. These terms do not give you any rights in them.

9. No warranties

The board is a free research project, provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or close it, and remove content, at any time. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available, and we are not responsible for what other people post.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mirai Tech, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the board, and its total liability for any claim about the board is limited to US$100. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as it does. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will appear here with a new date, and using the board after that means you accept it. We will also say so on the board when a change is significant.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
